Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage
- Ambient products: Free delivery within 5 km of Willingdon Island. A delivery fee will apply beyond this area.
- Frozen products: Delivered only within a 10 km radius with applicable delivery charges.
Standard Delivery Time
- Ambient products: Delivered within 1-3 business days.
- Frozen products: Delivered within 1 business day to ensure freshness.
Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges for ambient products beyond the free delivery zone are calculated based on distance and order size. Frozen product delivery is limited to a 10 km radius only.
Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the customer will bear any additional re-delivery charges.
Handling and Packaging
- Frozen products are packaged in insulated materials to maintain the required temperature during transit. After delivery of the product, the customer has to store the product in a freezer and maintain a temperature of -18 degree celcius or use the product immediately.
