Cooking instructions: add 1 cup of Tropikhaana Instant Sambar Mix to 3 cups of water and 1 cup of sambar Vegetables including 1 tomato. Cook in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles. In a separate pan heat coconut oil and fry mustard, curry leaves and red chillies. Add this mixture to cooked Sambar. Garnish with coriander leaves. Delicious Tropikhaana Sambar is ready to serve hot.
