Returns and Refunds
- Returns for frozen products are only accepted if the product is damaged or spoiled during delivery and only if returned unopened and in the original packing.
- Ambient temperature products can be returned only if defective or damaged upon delivery and only if returned unopened and in the original packing.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after return approval.
Complaints and Grievances

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A cancellation fee may apply.
Storage Disclaimer
- Customers must immediately store products upon delivery as stated on the package to maintain freshness.
